Long time between Posts.

Well long time, too many other things going on.
Also been busy with school things, have also been sick.
Haven't been scrapping much either.
So I haven't been to scraping sites much either.
This new site I mentioned last post is a nice little site.
They are having a cyber crop next weekend friday 15th June, come along and have some fun.

This time the cyber scrap will be held on 15th of June there will be at least 3 challenges over the weekend& there will also be a prize draw for another scrapping gift pack. we always have an excellent time - so send the kids to bed early & join us - it starts at 7.30pm eastern time so thats 5.30pm for us perthies hope to see you there :)

Well its May, where is the year going.
The girls ran in the cross country. Worked out why Em didn't want to run in it, cause last yr she had been sick the previous week up to the cross country and after the run she didn't feel very good so she thought that was going to happen again. But she was fine this year.And Anneliese ran, she just ran as fast as her little legs could carry her , which wasn't very fast. LOL she came in about half way ,she was happy. If the girls are like me ,run in short bursts ,I will walk for miles but don't like to run any distance.

Emilys Birthday next week. My middle baby turns 8 yrs old, she is growing up so quick.

This week is the mothers day stall,this is a busy little fundraising exercise for the school.
I have been trying to enlist help for the stall.

Miss 5 is finally coming to the end of a 8-9 week run of 5 yr old party's. Cause the new prep was only half yr intake after June there will be no more party's. A party every week was getting a bit tiring.

Went to a crop night with the SIL at her local scrap booking store,that was a nice night. Got a few LO done.
Have been trying to get a couple of LOs done a week.

Still working on the website.That takes time too.

Anzac Day

Today, Anzac day. My girls walked in the local Anzac day march. Em has walked last yr as well.
Anneliese walked in school uniform this year too.
It was hot sitting out in the sun for the service. The girls did well. I think it is nice for them to learn about Anzac day.
This afternoon we went to the beach, the girls have been hangin out for the beach. They had a great time. We were tehn going to have Pizza from our favourite pizza shop on the gold coast that is supposed to be open 7 days a week all public holidays, but got there and they were closed for anzac day. That was a bit disappointing.
Yesterday we went to white water world (water park at dreamworld) Had a great time, Anneliese had blue lips, the water was a little cool. But she kept going back in the water. lol
Well tomorrow is cross country day for the girls. Anneliese is looking forward to it, Em not so.

School Holidays,nothing gets done!

hi all, well not much achieved in the last week and half ,with the kids being home on holidays.
Well they are back to school tomorrow,, but gee I think i might have to have day out with my freind of 28 yrs.
I have been setting up a web site for the business ,just a fairly basic one ,just to get going. Took photos of the sands and glitters. Was quite happy with most of them, now just to get them on there.
Been still doing the challenges for Reality scrap(www.scrapbookcity.com.au) nearly finished just this last week to go.
Over easter I did a couple o LOs and it felt good to just do stuff for me and not the comp.
Have made 10 cards for the card swap on Scrapboxx and then my freind Sam(http://scrapncards.blogspot.com/) sent me to a new site , looks good www.scrappingaround.net .
Well I guess that is all for now, must keep on with my busy life. LOL

another day another dollar

Well its another week.
Well into the others group in the Reality scrap comp I go, ,not really worried about that.
Only 2 weeks to go and its all finished and maybe I can get some ordinary scrapping done.
Trying to get a website done for the business as well. Thats a learning curb. LOL
Easter holidays soon, sleep in time.
But before that the preps -yr 2 have their easter bonnet parade. My miss 7 almost 8 is quite dissappointed cause she is in Grade 3 now and misses out.
A lady from school said she maybe able to get me some evening work, that would be handy. Also at school they are taking names for teacher aides for prep for relief work, might apply for that .

A week Later

Ok took me a while to work out how to get back in to post in my Blog.lol
Finally got here.
Been busy again this week with the Reality Scrap.
Did a few hours work today and came home to a mess again, I think they do it on purpose, so mummy won't go out. lol.
Have got to pull my socks up and get a cj that isn't a cj finished.
Have orders to fill for my business as well . Also a newsletter to get out, better get to that as well.
Tossing up if to go to the paper and craft show tomorrow. Gayle(SIL) said if we go we will only spend money. lol
I said she could come here and we could just scrap all day.heehee.
I am class parent rep for my youngests Prep class, so another lady and I have organised a family BBq for this friday,
,so got to organise that as well.
I also help out in her class for group work, these little kids are so cute. In my group that I had on friday, two of the little boys were not doing what they were supopsed to be doing so I asked one of them and said why aren't you drawing your picture and he said pointing to the boy next to him " cause we don't want too " .
Friday afternoon is not a good time for 4-5 yr olds.LOL they are way tooo tired ,but that is when the teacher has been given the teacher aide help.
Well I guess that is all that for this week.
I might add a few pictures of cards that my business sells the products for.

First ever.

Well first post ever , not sure how many time s I will up date this. Friends keep saying get a blog. I kept saying no and I probably would not have if I didn't have to start an account to leave comments on somebodys blog.
I just had too many other things to do.
Between Reality scrap comp at Scrapbook city ,getting my business up and running and helping at prep on thursday and friday (just for an Hr each day) and doing the reading books for Ems yr 3 class on monday and being the fundraiser co-ordinator for school and on the fete committee, and of course running the family around for activities and looking after the family home( yes well that does take second place. LOL) not much time left in the week.
I have cut my swaps down now and only do one every now and then and have one cj at a time, I didn't even take on my usual monthly card swap this month ,I love doing these but I just can't find the time now. At the moment I seem to only get Reality scrap challenge done and thats it.
Well it is a fine and sunny day suppose I should go hang out the washing. They say its going to be 35 c today .
